2010 WXW Sponsorship Options

WXW offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities providing positive visibility to area businesses and individuals supporting our efforts. Many of the sponsorship levels outlined below include benefits tied to events. There is also the opportunity for solo event sponsorship within each of these programs.

A. “Premier for a Year” Sponsorship

Contribution = $5,000

Support of WXW as an Annual Sponsor means your business will maximize its exposure to WXW attendees. You will receive top billing at all events (10-12 yearly) and forge a lasting partnership with the organization. Benefits include:

  • Free attendance for up to four of your staff members to all events.
  • Announcement of sponsorship support at all events.
  • Premier placement of your logo and a link to your website on the WXW website.
  • Full year web banner ad placement on the WXW website that clicks through to your website.
  • Mention in all WXW press releases.
  • Logo placement on all WXW publicity materials during 2009.
  • Name on all marketing materials and banner display at WXW Annual Conference Event.
  • Free, sponsored table at WXW Annual Conference Event (8 attendees).
  • Luncheon event with the WXW Steering Committee.

B. Annual Forum Sponsorship – 3 Options

WXW hosts a conference each year to engage the business community and work through common issues. The conference is a dynamic, lively event with regional speakers, workshops, breakout sessions, and networking activities. This conference is the premier Washtenaw County event for businesswomen. In the first year over 200 people attended this event.

This year our third annual conference is called “WXW Forum 2010 – Now We’re Talking.” At this day-long event, we expect 300 attendees from the Ann Arbor area, southeast Michigan, and northeast Ohio.

This year’s agenda includes 12 workshops (6 in the morning; 6 in the afternoon), a panel of high powered women business leaders,  WXW’s unique exchange sessions on pertinent business topics, lunch, happy hour (and plenty of coffee, snacks, and opportunities to mingle).

Sponsorship levels for the forum include:

1. Visionary Sponsor – Contribution = $3,500

Benefits include:

  • Premier placement of your logo and a link to your website on the WXW Web site.
  • Mention in all WXW press releases related to event.
  • Name on all marketing materials related to event.
  • Logo recognition on event signage.
  • Announcement of sponsorship support at event.
  • Opportunity to provide a promotional item to all attendees.
  • Premier positioning of logo on event brochures and display banner in location of buffet.
  • Business profile in the program and on the WXW website with link to your website.
  • Free, sponsored table at event (8 attendees).

2. Leadership Sponsor -Contribution = $1,000

Benefits include:

  • Placement of your logo and a link to your website on the WXW Web site.
  • Mention in all WXW press releases related to event.
  • Name on all marketing materials related to event.
  • Logo recognition on event signage.
  • Announcement of sponsorship support at event.
  • Opportunity to provide a promotional item to all attendees.
  • Placement of logo in event brochure.
  • Business profile in the program and on the WXW website with link to your website.
  • Free tickets for 4 attendees.

3. Entrepreneurship Sponsor – Contribution = $500

Benefits include:

  • Premier placement of your logo and a link to your website on the WXW Web site.
  • Mention in all WXW press releases related to event.
  • Name on all marketing materials related to event.
  • Logo recognition on event signage.
  • Announcement of sponsorship support at event.
  • Placement of logo in event brochure.
  • Business profile in the program.
  • Free tickets for 2 attendees.

C. “Exchange” Sponsor

Contribution = $500 per Exchange Session or special event

WXW hosts numerous events throughout the year. Events slated for 2010 include:

Exchange Sessions (6 Events): Exchange Sessions are working meetings where the event attendees formulate and guide the discussion. An overarching topic is chosen prior to the event. Attendees come to the event with their own set of issues to discuss. An opportunity is provided for everyone to announce what they want to discuss. Sub groups based on discussion topics are formed. A wrap-up session concludes the event. 50-100 people attend these events.

Informal Networking Events (2 Events): WXW informal networking events are designed to encourage conversation and introductions among the business community. These events often take place in unusual locations (an art gallery, a movie theater, etc.) Typically more than 100 people attend these events.

Benefits include:

  • Free attendance for up to two of your staff members to your sponsored event.
  • Announcement of sponsorship support at sponsored event.
  • Your logo and a link to your website on the WXW Web site with the event listing.
  • Web banner ad on the WXW website that clicks through to your website for one month leading up to an event and one month after the event takes place.
  • Mention in all WXW press releases related to event.
  • Logo placement on event publicity materials.
  • Opportunity to provide a promotional item to all attendees

D. In-Kind Sponsor

Contribution = Varies (based on WXW needs and in-kind sponsor’s ability to give)

  • In-kind sponsorships are available at a variety of levels. WXW welcomes inquiries for in-kind sponsorship of:
  • Printing (including promotional materials).
  • Media placements (including print, radio, and web ads).
  • Promotional items (pens, notepads, etc.).
  • Food and beverage.

Benefits for in-kind sponsorships will be negotiated per project.

Printed Ads for WXW Forum10 – May21,2010

Program Booklet Advertising

Advertise in the 2010 WXW Forum program booklet. This booklet will be read by all attendees and will include information about the workshops, breakout sessions and our high-powered panel of women business leaders. In addition, we will list your business, phone number and link to your website for the rest of 2010 on the WXW website.

If you would like to place an ad:

1. Reserve space by Monday, April 26th.
2. Completed ads are due by Monday, May 3rd.
3. Provide your contact information so we can invoice you for the ad.
4. Email a 25 word business description and a .jpg or .gif version of your logo (150 pixels x 150 pixels or smaller) to Susan Cybulski, susan@inprintonline.com
