WXW Gives Back – An Evening with Ozone House
United Way of Washtenaw County | 2305 Platt Road, Ann Arbor
As we swing into the Holiday season, join WXW for an evening of networking while we give back.
This year, we’re partnering with Ozone House during Homeless Youth Awareness Month. Ozone House is a community-based, nonprofit agency that helps young people lead safe, healthy, and productive lives through intensive intervention and prevention services.
While we’re together, we’ll hold some of WXW’s signature Exchange Sessions, where we’ll pool our collective wisdom to create valuable leave-behind materials for Ozone House.
You’ll share practical life skills, along with a few lessons you might have learned the hard way. Think of the things you wish you could tell your 20-year old self, just getting started in the world of work. What would you want to have known about applying for college or starting your first job? You’ll share your best advice and life lessons.
Plus, WXW will have a list of items you’re encouraged to contribute. Together, we’ll be creating Supply Packs and Celebration Kits for youth who are starting out, or may never have had a birthday party. You’ll walk away filled with the glow of giving and good cheer.
