She didn't just study caregiving, she lived it! For more than a decade, while running a practice and teaching at a university, Dr. Bennet was showing up every day for her mom.

Meet Claudia Cassidy Bennett, Ph.D., OT — occupational therapist of 40+ years, founder of Children's Developmental Therapy, and the author of "Caregiving Reimagined: A Practical and Spiritual Guide for Family Caregivers."

When her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Dr. Bennett found herself on both sides of the care equation. What came out of that journey wasn't just a book, it was a roadmap for every woman trying to hold a career and a caregiving role at the same time, without losing herself in the process.

On May 21st, she's sharing that roadmap to us.
