Walk Out a Winner – How to Overcome Challenges & Succeed at Negotiations
Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
As a professional business woman, you have to negotiate every day – to win business deals, earn a higher salary, and get agreements to work out in your favor. During those times, do you worry that you’re not very adept or savvy at the ins and outs of negotiation? Do you wonder if you’re making unnecessary concessions or maybe even sabotaging your own success?
The ability to negotiate is critical to your success as a leader. Attend WXW’s March 14th event to hear from a panel of business women who have become experts in the art of negotiating! They have learned to negotiate by understanding that the bargaining process, setting goals for negotiating sessions, and managing relationships with both opponents and allies are all important factors to a successful outcome.
Then join us for our patented Exchange Sessions where we will have breakout conversations to talk about the artful skill of negotiation and share our own stories of office politics, disagreements, compromise, and resolution.
