Make 2017 Your Best Year Ever – One Day at a Time
January 19, 2017, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
“How we spend our days is of course, how we spend our lives.” Annie Dillard
Do you ever get to the end of the day and wonder what happened? Somehow you never got around to half the stuff you intended to get done. Why do our days so regularly get hijacked? And why is there never enough time? While Nan cannot add more hours to your day, she can show you how, by making even minor shifts in your routines, you can not only make your time go further, you can reap huge benefits in the quality of your days. And of course, days add up to weeks, months and years. The rest of your life in fact!
This event will be highly interactive – tapping into the collective wisdom in the room. You will walk out with a host of tips that are easy to implement right away. Drawing from research in the behavioral sciences we’ll:
- Create simple routines to begin and end your day so that you can:
- make sure what’s most important gets done
- increase your sense of joy and satisfaction
- Think of some habits you can develop during the day to:
- stay focused
- be your smartest self
- make your time go further
- get back on track when you feel stuck or frustrated
- boost your energy, and more!
- Send you home with a plan you can begin straight away!
Learn strategies to intentionally shape the quality of your days. Don’t just let the day happen to you!
