Lead with Authenticity
May 19, 2016, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
The effort to create and maintain a false version of you can be exhausting and unfulfilling. Keeping your image polished while being an over-achieving woman can make you feel like a fraud. True success is living by your values regardless of your circumstances. Leading with authenticity starts with an awareness of and a commitment to those values and doing what truly matters to you.
In this interactive session, together, we will develop a personal leadership development plan to address the following questions:
- How will I increase my authenticity and lead with authentic presence?
- How will I broaden and deepen key relationships?
- What will I do to “Get the Lesson?” on my journey to taking mindful action toward a valued direction?
Juicy Bonus: How I beat my sugar addiction to a freer, fuller, and fit life and how you can too!
