Venue by 4M in Ann Arbor, MI

May No Perfect Balance 1920 x 1080

This interactive session is designed for professional women who find themselves juggling demanding careers and caregiving responsibilities—whether for aging parents, children, or others.

Drawing from the book Caregiving Reimagined: A Practical and Spiritual Guide for Family Caregivers and Dr. Bennett’s personal journey as both an occupational therapist and a family caregiver, this workshop will explore how to recognize the emotional and physical weight of caregiving. It will also offer guidance on creating intentional boundaries and accessing tools to help reframe caregiving as a meaningful, manageable part of life. At the same time, we will honor the reality that caregiving is often hard—acknowledging the difficult feelings that can come with it. By naming and validating these challenges, we open space for growth, self-compassion, and practical strategies to navigate both work and caregiving with clarity and strength.
