MEET YOUR EVENT FACILITATOR

Cindy Miller is a business consultant who through training and coaching helps people have any conversation necessary to create a happy work environment that everyone wants to be a part of.  An Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, Cindy is licensed to teach the Maxwell award-winning leadership content.  Recently, she facilitated a leadership program that received a prestigious Brandon Hall Group 2021 Excellence Silver Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development.

Cindy is married and has two adult children; prefers a book to a kindle; thinks chocolate should be its own food group; and has an overarching commitment to leave others feeling confident and inspired to achieve beyond what they thought possible before working with her.
