Kat Cole is the COO of FOCUS Brands North America. Prior to FOCUS Brands, Kat was President of Cinnabon, Inc. and a Vice President at Hooters at age 26, making her one of the youngest executives in chain history. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Cosmopolitan and many others. Outside of her role at FOCUS, Cole serves on the United Nations Foundation Global Entrepreneurs Council

Hi, I'm Cindy Miller,a facilitator of change and growth. Helping people lead more effectively through inproved communication skills is the heart of my work. I work alongside leaders who are challenged by the complexity of engaging and building alignment with the people responsible for executing company strategies. My contribution is the combination of my experience as a new business project manager and entrepreneur with a deep interest and appreciation for developing interpersonal skills that have the most impact. I consult in the areas of leadership, team development, and change.
“Turn your knowledge into action,” is the motto I stress when facilitating any of the more than 20 interpersonal skills workshops on topics ranging from DISC and conflict resolution, to assertive communication and giving and receiving feedback.
