We’re kicking off 2015 with a workshop on one of our most-requested topics, mentoring.
Mentor relationships can be critical to our professional and personal success.
A mentor is most often someone we admire and who has the wisdom and experiences for which we seek guidance.
Talking with and receiving guidance from someone who has been there/done that helps us gain confidence, helps us set goals and helps us know we are not the only ones!
In this workshop, we’ll share:
- Who makes an effective mentor
- Identifying areas of your life where you could use a mentor and brainstorm who may fit the role
- How to ask someone to be your mentor and
- What you need to do in order to ensure an effective mentor/mentee relationship.
We will also share effective strategies if you find yourself in the role of a mentor.
Workshop Facilitators: Erin Camp and Karen Andrews of The Andrews Group.
