The Women’s Exchange of Washtenaw (WXW) was developed for women growing successful companies in Michigan and the Midwest. WXW fills a unique and shared need as a business group specifically for women whose companies are in the growth stage. Our events are DIFFERENT because they are INTERACTIVE, OPEN and FUN. Attendees tell us they’ve never attended an event that was so filled with conversations about real life experiences.

Since 2007, the Women’s Exchange of Washtenaw (WXW) has been helping women in business. Our all-volunteer, Ann Arbor-based non-profit has operated on a minimal budget while successfully connecting, teaching and inspiring hundreds of women business leaders in Michigan. In 2009, our organization won the Michigan Small Business Administration’s award for “Women in Business Champions of the Year.”

We also team up with schools and colleges to mentor students, speak in classrooms, and share our stories. Often through our mentoring experiences, we learn just as those who are being mentored.
